Section titled “Noise Pollution”- Vehicle Horns: Residents must refrain from persistent hooting of car horns, particularly during nighttime hours.
- Household Noise: Residents must maintain reasonable noise levels out of courtesy to neighbors.
- Party Sound Levels: Sound systems and music levels during approved social gatherings must be kept at a low, respectful volume.
