Security Responsibilities

• Reporting Suspicious Activity: Residents are urged to remain security-conscious and immediately report suspected criminal activity to the Nigeria Police Force or Estate Security Agents (contacts available at the Facility Office).
• Mandatory Vehicle Stickers: All resident vehicles operating within the estate must display official Wilbahi Estate car stickers.
• Recommended Home Security: Residents are advised to install additional security safeguards, such as home alarm systems, panic buttons, and vehicle alarms.
• Engaged Security Provider: The Association engages a professional security firm responsible for 24/7 estate surveillance and gate control.
• Mandatory Gate Searches:
  • All vehicles are subject to security searches before entering or exiting the estate.
  • Pedestrians are subject to body scans by security guards.
• Denial of Entry: Refusal to submit to vehicle searches or body scans will result in immediate denial of entry or exit.
