Objectives

Section titled “Objectives”

The objectives of these Rules and Regulations, amongst others, are to:

  1. Foster and encourage co-operation among residents.
  2. Promote and protect the general welfare of Residents.
  3. Contribute to the social and economic development of the Estate.
  4. Enhance the social and economic status of the Association.
  5. Inculcate peaceful coexistence, honesty, and restraint from tarnishing the image of the Estate or disrupting its activities.
  6. Promote adequate security for all Residents.

The above objectives cannot be attained without proper Rules and Regulations; and the Association is empowered by the owners/residents to make such rules and regulations in furtherance of the said aims and objectives, as well as ensuring that these rules and regulations are strictly enforced.
